We’re now seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant – Nights at Middleton Lodge Care Home in Littleover.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant (Nights), your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity and quality support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Identifying and understanding clinical risk areas, such as:
- Weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Risk of falls
- Signs of infections Escalating concerns promptly to the care team.
- Treating residents and their visitors with courtesy and respect, upholding individual dignity.
- Adhering to safe working practices across all care tasks.
