About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
Your Responsibilities
- Create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere
- Put residents needs first
- Provide a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual
- Respect differences and recognise that staff and residents will have different needs

Requirements
- No previous experience required (full training will be provided)
- A flexible, hard working and caring attitude
