Night Care Assistants

We’re expanding our team and looking for both full-time and part-time Night Care Assistants to join us at Mais House.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents, many of whom have served in the Armed Forces. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting residents with their daily routines
  • Ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times
  • Helping with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Shift Pattern

8:00pm - 8:00am

Flexible working hours can be discussed at interview stage.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering excellent care
  • Commitment to putting people at the heart of everything you do

While an NVQ Level 2 qualification is desirable, we are happy to support you in achieving this if you are committed to progressing your career.
