Care Assistant – Nights (Middleton Lodge Care Home, Littleover)

About The Role
Your primary responsibility as a Care Assistant will be to uphold-high standards of personal care, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuity for our residents.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing dignified, independent care for all personal hygiene needs, maximising residents’ autonomy and well-being.
- Identifying clinical risks such as:
- Weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Fall hazards
- Signs of infections Escalate concerns promptly within safe systems of work.
- Maintaining courteous conduct towards residents and visitors, honouring their individuality and dignity.
- Adhering to safe working practices across all care tasks.

You must:
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

- Follow instructions accurately, demonstrating efficiency even under sudden demands.
- Adapt quickly to support shift demands and additional responsibilities.
