We’re now seeking a warm, compassionate and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant - Nights at Westbourne Tower Care Home in Bournemouth.
About The Role
As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding personal care, working collaboratively within the care team to ensure seamless service continuity for residents.

- Providing support for residents’ security, dignity, and independence in all aspects of personal hygiene and daily living.
- Identifying and understanding clinical risks—such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, infection signs—and escalating concerns promptly to the senior care team.
- Showing respect, kindness, and professionalism towards residents and their families at all times.
- Maintaining safe and effective systems of work across all care tasks.
About You
While formal experience isn’t essential, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive induction and training programme to build your confidence and ensure you thrive in the role.
