About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individualised care and support for each resident, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and independence are promoted and upheld at all times.
Your role involves creating a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, prioritising residents' needs. You will provide a wide range of support, including physical, social, emotional, and psychological care, tailored specifically to each individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering personalised care to residents across physical, social, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Ensuring a safe, happy, and caring environment for all residents.
- Upholding residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Meeting individual care requirements with customised support.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
Requirements
- No previous experience in care is required – full training is provided.
- Must demonstrate a flexible, hardworking, and caring attitude.
- Must have a desire to work as part of a team.
- Must have a right to work in the UK.
- Will require an Enhanced DBS check.
