About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individualised care and support for each resident, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and independence are promoted and upheld at all times.

Your role involves creating a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, prioritising residents' needs. You will provide a wide range of support, including physical, social, emotional, and psychological care, tailored specifically to each individual.

  • Meeting individual care requirements with customised support.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Requirements

  • No previous experience in care is required – full training is provided.
  • Must demonstrate a flexible, hardworking, and caring attitude.
  • Must have a desire to work as part of a team.
  • Must have a right to work in the UK.
  • Will require an Enhanced DBS check.
