We’re currently seeking a warm, energetic, and compassionate individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant (Nights) at Newcross Care Home in Wolverhampton. If this aligns with your values, we’d love to chat.
About the Role
Your primary focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver consistently high standards of personal care, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily routines, fostering independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Identify and understand clinical risks, such as:
- Unintentional weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Fall risks
- Infections Escalate concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a courteous demeanour towards residents and their visitors, upholding each person’s dignity and individuality.
- Adhere to safety protocols across all care tasks.
