About The Role
As a Care Assistant, your role is critical in maintaining high standards of personal care, ensuring seamless continuance of care services to residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance, fostering independence, dignity, and respect for all individuals.
- Identify and address clinical risk areas such as:
- Weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Risk of falls
- Signs of infection Escalating concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain courteous interactions with residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
- Implement safe working practices across all care tasks.
About You
