Shift Details

Bank – 8pm–8am

About The Role

As a Care Assistant, your role is critical in maintaining high standards of personal care, ensuring seamless continuance of care services to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal hygiene assistance, fostering independence, dignity, and respect for all individuals.
  • Identify and address clinical risk areas such as:
    • Weight loss
    • Pressure sores
    • Risk of falls
    • Signs of infection Escalating concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain courteous interactions with residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
  • Implement safe working practices across all care tasks.
