About the Role
You’ll be integral to the care team, promoting responsible, high-quality personal care and continuity of services. As part of our award-winning team in the heart of Alder House Care Home, you’ll make a tangible difference by centring your focus on residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide personal care support (e.g., dressing, bathing, toilet needs)—notably prioritising independence whilst ensuring respect and safety at every step.
- Identifying and addressing clinical risks such as:
- Sonhora Weight Watch assessments
- Pressure sore development
- Fall risks
- Infections or illness escalation (orchestrated with the care team)
- Demonstrate a commitment to respectful, courteous interactions with residents and their visitors, reinforcing individual dignity.
- Practise adherence to safe work systems, adhering to both local policies and safety protocols.
