We are currently seeking a warm, passionate, and dedicated Care Assistant (Nights) to join our award-winning team at Alice Court Care Home in Eastbourne. If this role speaks to you, we’d love to explore how you can contribute!


About The Role

Your main responsibility as a Care Assistant will be delivering exceptional personal care while ensuring seamless continuity of services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing high standards of personal care, assisting residents with hygiene routines to maximise independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Identifying and managing clinical risks in residents, such as:
    • Weight loss and malnutrition
    • Pressure sores
    • Risk of falls
    • Signs of infection
    • Escalating concerns promptly to ensure quick intervention.
  • Conducting interactions with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism, honours the dignity and individuality of every resident.
  • Practising safe systems of work across all tasks in the home.
  • Contributing positively to teamwork by maintaining communication and adherence to professional standards.
