We are currently seeking a warm, passionate, and dedicated Care Assistant (Nights) to join our award-winning team at Alice Court Care Home in Eastbourne. If this role speaks to you, we’d love to explore how you can contribute!
About The Role
Your main responsibility as a Care Assistant will be delivering exceptional personal care while ensuring seamless continuity of services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing high standards of personal care, assisting residents with hygiene routines to maximise independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Identifying and managing clinical risks in residents, such as:
- Weight loss and malnutrition
- Pressure sores
- Risk of falls
- Signs of infection
- Escalating concerns promptly to ensure quick intervention.
- Conducting interactions with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism, honours the dignity and individuality of every resident.
- Practising safe systems of work across all tasks in the home.
- Contributing positively to teamwork by maintaining communication and adherence to professional standards.
