Care Assistant - Ashurst Mews Care Home, Northampton

About The Role

Your primary focus as a Care Assistant is to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of service for our residents.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting residents with all aspects of personal hygiene care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Recognising and addressing clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections, or infections, and escalating concerns promptly.
  • Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while upholding individual dignity.
  • Practicing safe systems of work across all tasks.
