Care Assistant - Ashurst Mews Care Home, Northampton

We’re now seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Ashurst Mews Care Home, Northampton. If this role resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you!
About The Role
Your primary focus as a Care Assistant is to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of service for our residents.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents with all aspects of personal hygiene care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Recognising and addressing clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections, or infections, and escalating concerns promptly.
- Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while upholding individual dignity.
- Practicing safe systems of work across all tasks.
