Role: Care Assistant (Nights)
Location: White Lodge Residential Home, East Preston
Hours:
- 36 hours per week with alternating weekly shifts:
- Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday – 8pm to 8am
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday – 8pm to 8am
Temporary Limit: Unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time.

- Providing high-quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents.
- Promoting independence and enablement while offering necessary support.
- Ensuring electronic resident interactions and personalised care are recorded on the system.
- Serving food and drinks to residents and encouraging social dining experiences.
- Developing relationships with relatives to better assess and meet residents' needs.
Requirements
Ideally, you will have some experience in the healthcare sector, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success.

- Salary:
- £12.84/hour (weekdays) & £13.48/hour (weekends) – rising to £13.14/hour (weekdays) & £13.80/hour (weekends after probation).
