Night Care Assistant
Location: Astley View, Chorley
Salary: £13.45 per hour (+ overtime at £14.95/hour), equivalent to £26,926 per annum
Hours: Full-time (38.5 hours/week) Shifts: 8pm–8am (two-week rolling rota)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Mandatory Criteria: Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK, validated for a minimum of 18 months from the start date. No visa sponsorship can be offered. Applications miss requirements will be discontinued.

Main Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional personal care (washing, dressing, feeding, relate support)
- Cleaning (light tasks, bedsheets, dusting, vacuuming)
- Voiding positive rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality in all interactions
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary care teams
Key Experience & strengths required:
- Previous health, care, or hands-on social work experience (life experience doesn’t count)
- Ability to maintain financial support. Person-centred connections
- Expertise handling sensitive information included in patient confidentiality protocols
