About the Role

As a Care Assistant - Nights at Acacia Mews Care Home in Hatfield, your focus will be on providing high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene while promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Identifying and managing clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, or infections—always escalating concerns promptly for timely intervention.
  • Maintaining courtly and respectful interactions with residents and their guests.
  • Implementing safe working practices across all care tasks.
