About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity, and independence at all times.
Your role is to create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere; putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.

Requirements
No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training. We require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
