We are looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. You do not need previous experience in care. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to treat people with dignity and respect. Full training and ongoing support will be provided from the start. In this role, you will support people in their own homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent. You will provide one to one support, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you care for. Your day to day responsibilities may include: Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting Assisting with mobility and safe movement Preparing meals and drinks Supporting with medication Helping with light household tasks Providing companionship and emotional support Some visits are practical, while others are simply about being there for someone. Both are equally important. This is a community based role, so you will be travelling between clients’ homes across Swindon and surrounding areas. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. In return, we offer a competitive pay and benefits package, including: £15.20 per hour 40p per mile mileage allowance Paid training and induction Funded NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care Enhanced Bank Holiday pay and double pay on key holidays £250 refer a friend bonus Access to early pay Ongoing support from an experienced and friendly team We are looking for individuals who are kind, patient and dependable.
