No Experience? Full Training Provided

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes with daily activities that help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Assisting with medication where trained
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Companionship and emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting daily routines
  • Light household duties
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Maintaining accurate care records

Every visit has a positive impact on someone’s day.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be reliable and compassionate
  • Be available to work alternate weekends
  • Be able to travel within the local area using public transport, walking, cycling or other suitable means
