Job Description 💙 What You’ll Be Doing As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first. Your key responsibilities include: • 💧 Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) • 💊 Medication support (preparation and administration) • 🍲 Meal preparation and mealtime assistance • 🚶 Mobility and equipment support • 🧺 Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning) • 💬 Companionship and emotional support You’ll also: • 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections • 👀 Monitor health and report any changes • 📝 Maintain accurate documentation • 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively • 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and professionals Qualifications 🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) No experience?
