Care Assistant
Care Assistant – Workington, Cockermouth & Whitehaven
Excellent rates of pay £16.00 - £17.50 per hour (+ Pension + Holiday Pay) Equivalent to £18.47 - £20.20 per hour including holiday pay & pension

About The Role
As a People Person, you’ll:
- Support and engage with a diverse range of individuals of all ages within a domestic setting.
- Provide personal care, including:
- Continence, washing, and dressing
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Household task help
- Promote independence, while adding warmth and joy.
- Enter clients’ homes unsupervised—ensuring respect, discretion, and safety.

No prior experience needed! All training provided to boost skills and confidence.
Key Requirements:
- Aged 18+ (due to direct client engagement & late/weekend shifts).
- Meet DBS and reference checks requirements. -Hold a full UK driving licence (shifts may require travel).
- Be medically fit and willing to undergo company vehicle checks (where applicable).
