Care Assistant
Support Worker – Residential Care Home (Woodbridge, Suffolk)
You will be joining one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, delivering exceptional residential care, dementia care, and respite care in a supportive team setting.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Support Worker to join our exceptional residential care home based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. In this critical role, you will provide the highest standard of care to vulnerable individuals.
Key Requirements
The following qualification is mandatory:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

- Promoting the well-being and overall care of residents
- Supporting residents with daily tasks, including:
- Personal hygiene assistance
- Companionship
- Days out and recreation
- Encouraging independence and assisting vulnerable individuals with daily routines
- Correct and thorough record-keeping to ensure quality care
Preferred Skills & Experience
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Ability to work effectively as a good team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
