Introduction
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants.
Whether experienced or new to care, our team at our luxury care home, Avon Cliff in Bournemouth, Dorset would like to hear from you.

About You
- You have compassion in your nature; willing to be hands-on with residents and help whenever needed.
- You’re organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail, and a sense of fun.
- Experience isn’t required—we value personal qualities and values most.
- You’ll be supported through a comprehensive induction and ongoing training from day one.
