Hours: 24 hours permanent contract (multiple positions available due to business growth)
Shifts: All Care Assistants will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work weekends as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.

Salary: £13.64 per hour
Location: Longbridge Retirement Village
As a Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents, including both physical, personal care and support with social activities, Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents Encourage independence and self-belief Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Care Assistant Person Specification
Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification Personable, an effective communicator and a team player Passionate about delivering quality care service Flexible with hours.
