Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality, tailored care to individuals based on their unique needs
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dignity maintenance
- Help with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration
- Support with medication administration, prescriptions, and safe disposal
- Carry out light housework, such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
- Become a reliable, friendly, and familiar face who builds trusting relationships with customers

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport (mandatory)
- Possess a kind, compassionate attitude and a calm, respectful approach to care
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive client relationships
- Be able to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity—full training will be provided
