About This Role

** core responsibilities**

  • Providing personal care, support, and companionship in clients’ homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., mobility, dressing, medication)
  • Offering emotional support and companionship to combat isolation
  • Collaborating with agencies and families to ensure exceptional service

Competencies & Requirements

  • No prior care experience needed—We provide comprehensive, free training
  • Patience and empathy with a naturally caring and compassionate nature
  • Strong teamworking ethos and professional resilience
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Full UK driving licence (as attendance on alternate weekends may be required)
