We are recruiting for carers to support vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and assistance in their own home What we offer our Care Givers: Premium hourly rates £15 - £15.93 per hour ·Double pay on bank holiday ·Holiday Pay ·Additional mileage pays at 35p per mile · DBS – fully refunded after 3 months of employment · Flexible shifts close to home · Access to high-quality training and ongoing support to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your role · Issued with full PPE and required equipment to keep you safe at work · Going The Extra Mile Rewards · Recognition Rewards for being an excellent team player · An employer that really listens, values, and appreciates everything you do · Blue Light Card – Offer 1000’s of discounts on the high street · Company pension with NEST · A role that offers something different every day and plenty of job satisfaction · The opportunity to be part of a ‘family feel’, supportive team of Care Assistants Duties will include: · Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day · Personal care · Administering medication · Assisting Clients with washing and dressing · Shopping · Housekeeping · Meal preparation · Taking Clients for appointments or outings Requirements of a Care Giver: · Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends · Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle · Have a genuine passion to want to help others · Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, but you are kind and patient and find great satisfaction in helping people to allow them a great quality of life then this would be a suitable role for you.
