As a Care Assistant, your key tasks will include:
- Delivering high-quality care, tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition
- Managing medication assistance and safe disposal (where applicable)
- Carrying out light housework—tidying, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Building black relationships with customers, being a dependable and friendly presence in their lives

Requirements

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow structured care plans accurately
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not required—full training will be provided
