Care Assistant – Southend & Rochford
Location: Southend, Rochford, Rayleigh, Leigh, Hockley, Shoebury and Westcliff Contract Type: Care Delivery Salary: £15.50 – £19.75 per hour Weekday: £15.50 | Weekend: £16.50 | Bank Holidays: £19.75

As a Care Assistant with us, you’ll:

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with hydration and nutrition needs
- Safely managing medication prompt/collection and administration
- Conducting light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, cleaning)
- Adapting to individual care plans
- Being a consistent, friendly presence that customers can rely on

Essential Requirements
✔ Full UK driving licence & reliable vehicle (access to your own car is compulsory) ✔ Right to work in the UK ✔ Kind, compassionate attitude with strong patience for care ✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills ✔ Ability to follow detailed care plans independently
🏢 Previous experience is beneficial but not essential—we provide comprehensive training for all new staff.
