Care Assistants at Combe Hay

Care Assistants at Combe Hay play a vital role in supporting residents with everyday tasks, offering companionship, dignity, and a warm, reassuring presence. It’s a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while being part of a close-knit, compassionate team.

We are expanding our team and looking for 2 Care Assistants to join us.

Job Description

You will provide a high standard of care for all our residents, ensuring individuals' choices and dignity are respected and their independence promoted at all times. We have an active community at Combe Hay, and liaising with our Welfare Manager, you will assist with social outings and activities when necessary. Other daily activities include helping at mealtimes, changing beds, and assisting with laundry.
