Location: 56 Kenilworth Rd, Coventry CV4 7AH Hours: 44 Hours/Week (Days and Nights, alternate weekends) Salary: £13.00 Per Hour

About the Role Are you an experienced care assistant ready to take your knowledge and experience to the next level? At Roseberry Care, we seek a caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our mission of providing outstanding, person-centred care.

Roseberry Care is a warm and welcoming community with over 1,500 dedicated professionals across 25 care homes, supporting nearly 1,200 residents. Our services range from elderly and dementia care to neurological and physical disability support. Your Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Support residents in their daily lives, including personal care, social activities, and meal times
  • Promote independence and enhance quality of life

Key Tasks:

  • Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
  • Support mobility and transfers
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Offer mental and emotional well-being assistance
  • Observe and report changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition

Qualifications & Experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • An NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care
  • 1+ years’ experience in Care (required but not mandatory)
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and empathy skills
  • A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate as part of a team
