Care Assistant
Support Worker – Permanent Full-Time Role (36 Hours/Week) in Congleton, Cheshire

Days: This is a permanent full-time role (36 hours per week) based in the daytime.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents’ well-being and promote a positive living environment
- Provide personalised care, including assistance with:
- Personal hygiene
- Daily routines
- Social companionship
- Excursions and outings
- Encourage independence while supporting vulnerable individuals
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date record-keeping
