  • Providing high-quality, personalised care tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)

Requirements

To join Bluebird Care Bath & NE Somerset, we seek individuals who:

  • Have a kind, compassionate attitude and a calm, conscientious approach to care
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build confident, trusting relationships
  • Can follow care plans carefully and adapt to individual requirements
  • Hold a Full UK Driver’s Licence with access to a personal vehicle (breathing lanes to meet Bluebird Care’s vehicle standards)

Experience in care is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.
