What you'll do
Looking for a role that offers a better work–life balance? Join a supportive team where staff have greater control over their rota, with protected meal breaks and regular downtime during shifts. This is a rewarding opportunity to support an inspiring lady with a spinal cord injury who uses a wheelchair full-time but refuses to let it limit her ambitions. From assisting with daily routines to supporting travel, activities and days out, no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in helping her live life to the fullest and achieve her personal goals.
If you are caring, reliable, flexible and enjoy variety, this could be the perfect role for you. A love of animals would be an advantage. No previous care experience or qualifications are required, as full training will be provided, including shadow shifts and ongoing support from an experienced team. All you need is the right attitude and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
