About The Role
As a Care Assistant, your primary focus is delivering high standards of personal care, while supporting the care team in maintaining continuity of services for residents.

- Assist residents with personal hygiene care, prioritising:
- Optimum independence
- Dignity and respect for each individual
- Recognise and address clinical risk areas, such as:
- Weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Risk of falls
- Signs of infection
- Escalate concerns promptly and professionally
- Treat residents and all visitors with courtesy, upholding their dignity and personal autonomy.
- Adhere to safe work systems across all care-related tasks.
