Support Worker – Nursing Home (Ipswich)
An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an amazing nursing home based in the Ipswich area.
About the Role
You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.
This nursing home specialises in:
- General and dementia nursing
- Residential and respite care for the elderly
The home is currently rated Good by CQC.
Requirements
Barrier to entry:
- An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

- Promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
- Assisting with daily tasks, including:
- Personal care, such as hygiene support
- Outings

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Strong teamwork abilities
- Effective communication (both verbal and written)
Salary and Benefits
You will receive:
- An excellent hourly wage of GBP13.45 (annual salary: GBP25,178.40 per annum)
