Care and Support Worker – Altogether Care, Bath (£13.80–£14.30 p/h)

About the Role
Role Title: Care and Support Worker Contract Type: Permanent (full-time) Payment: £13.80–£14.30 per hour + competitive Benefits

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals to remain as independent as possible in their homes
- Drive to visit clients across the region (essential)
- Provide personal, physical, and emotional care and support
- Help with daily routines, tasks, and appointments
- Build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, families, and external partners
- Use mobile tech to document and deliver high-quality care
- Adhere to Altogether Care’s "values" and safeguarding protocols
