Care Assistant
About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, and meals)
- Supporting daily activities within the home
- Providing companionship and encouragement
- Ensuring residents retain their individuality through compassionate care
- Offering limited mobility support
- Providing compassionate end-of-life care, where needed
- Implementing safeguarding measures to identify potential abuse, harm, or neglect
Safeguarding responsibilities: Every member of our team must comply with safeguarding training specific to their role, as well as further training in related areas. You must also know how to seek advice, report concerns, and escalate unresolved issues.
