What It Takes to Thrive as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, your day will revolve around visiting vulnerable adults in the Flint community in their homes. Your role is to support their independence and dignity, offering:
- Warm greetings and daily assistance (e.g., helping with washing/dressing)
- Preparing nutritious meals like hearty breakfasts or lunches
- Managing medication reminders
- Delivering authentic companionship: A listening ear, kind words, and meaningful conversation
