As this is a community-based role, you will be travelling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across South West London, primarily covering:

  • Raynes Park
  • Clapham
  • Brixton
  • Merton
  • Mitcham
  • Wimbledon
  • Putney
  • Battersea
  • Wandsworth
  • Morden

  • Hourly Rate: £15.15 per hour (Mon-Fri) | £15.35 per hour (Saturday) | £15.65 per hour (Sunday)
  • Paid Travel Time: You are paid for your travel time between visits (Travel Time Top-Up included!)

⏰ Shift Patterns Designed for Real Life
We know how important work-life balance is. Whether you need shifts that work around family life, or you are looking for full-time consistency, we offer flexible patterns across seven days a week to suit your lifestyle:

  • Day Shifts: 06:00/07:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM

Job Description

💙 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support)
  • Medication preparation and support
  • Meal preparation and assistance with eating/drinking
  • Shopping and practical daily errands
  • Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning, making beds)
  • Mobility support (helping with the use and care of aids/adaptations)
  • Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. We’re looking for:
