# Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your core responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs
- Assisting with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting meal prep, nutrition, and healthy eating habits
- Managing medication, prescriptions, and safe disposal
- Performing light domestic tasks (tidying, laundry, general cleaning)
- Providing a dependable, friendly, and familiar presence

✔ Full UK driving licence (access to a vehicle strongly preferred) ✔ A kind, compassionate, and calm demeanour ✔ Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships ✔ Ability to follow structured care plans ✔ No prior care experience required—complete, in-house training provided
