Care Assistant
Care And Support Worker Location: Altogether Care – 20 South St, Wareham | Competitive Salary: £13.80–£14.30 per hour

About The Role

- Support clients in living as independently as possible
- (Driving is essential—access to a vehicle is required)

- Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
- Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Use mobile technology for care planning and records
- Adhere to Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices (travel included to ensure high-quality care)
