Care Assistant Vacancy – Eaton Court Nursing Home
About the Role
Compassionate yet skilled Care Assistants are needed at Eaton Court Nursing Home (Lincolnshire) to deliver exceptional, person-centred care in a supportive and inclusive workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring residents receive dignity, respect, and tailored support. Core responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, toilet assistance, and oral hygiene
- Supporting residents in engaging with meaningful activities, leisure outings, and outpatient appointments
- Serving meals and refreshments with a warm, respectful approach
- Maintaining a clean, inviting, and safe living environment
- Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional health changes and reporting to the care team
- Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, adapting care plans to their individual needs
- Assisting new colleagues and cultivating a positive, collaborative team culture
Role Requirements

Salaries & Hours
- £12.71 – £12.96 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time, part-time, or bank flexible hours available
