Care Assistants - South Leeds - Drivers

Female Drivers Only | Shift Pay (Not Pay-Per-Call)

If you’re already the person who checks in on a neighbour, supports a relative, or is always there when someone needs a hand – you’ve got skills that really matter.

Those same qualities – patience, empathy, reliability – can make a huge difference to people in your local Leeds community who want to stay independent at home.

At Be Caring, we’re employee-owned and values-led. That means you’re not just turning up for a shift – you’re part of a team where you are listened to, supported, and valued for the work you do every day.

Please note: due to the personal nature of the support, this role is open to female applicants only (in line with the Equality Act 2010)

Where You'll Work

You’ll join a dedicated care team working across one or more local Leeds neighbourhoods, supporting people in their own homes in:

  • LS27: Morley
  • LS26: Rothwell
  • LS10: Hunslet, Middleton
  • LS13: Bramley
  • LS14: Armley and Pudsey
  • LS12: Farnley
  • LS15: Killingbeck
  • LS11: Beeston
  • L2S8: Pudsey

You’ll need to be a driver, with access to your own car, so you can travel safely and reliably between visits.

Pay & Shift Patterns

We offer shift pay, not pay-per-call - meaning you’re paid continuously from your first visit to your last.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
