Care Coordinator – Beccles Branch

Full-time Monday–Friday

Home Support Matters is looking for a highly organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our Beccles team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate rotas and allocate care/support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Be the central contact for customers, families, and professionals
  • Support new referrals, care planning, and customer communications
  • Maintain accurate records and use electronic monitoring systems
  • Line manage care/support workers and support with queries
  • Monitor service delivery, resolve issues, and escalate where needed
  • Take part in the weekend on-call rota (8 hours every 2 weeks – either a Sat or Sun, no field deployment, managed from home. Paid at an enhanced rate in addition to salary)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Good IT and administrative abilities
  • Customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience in the care sector
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and stay calm under pressure

Desirable:

  • Experience managing people
  • Working in a regulated care setting
