Xyla Community Services (part of Acacium Group) Bristol | Hybrid Remote Permanent, Full Time | 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 07:00–19:00, with occasional weekend work) £26,500 per annum (with great benefits)

About the Role

Are you a passionate, customer-service-driven individual eager to make a real difference? We’re looking for someone to join our Bristol-based team as a Care Coordinator—perfect for those with excellent organisation skills and a desire to support vulnerable individuals while thriving in a collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll provide top-tier customer service, manage administration, ensure seamless client care, and maintain compliance with CQC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and healthcare teams, handling routine and complex requests with professionalism and support.
  • Match clients with the most suitable nurses or carers, assessing needs and ensuring optimal care.
  • Plan staff rotas and ensure nurses’ schedules align with availability, workload demands, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain CQC-compliant administration, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Oversee communication and documentation to guarantee transparency and quality care.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, with a track record of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to learn, with a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
