Job Description

Location: Rayleigh, Essex

Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday (with participation in the on-call rota)

Help us deliver outstanding care whilst shaping the future of our growing service.

At Kinect Services, we believe great care starts with great coordination.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Care Coordinator who can balance exceptional client care with efficient operational delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you’ll have the chance to influence how we work, improve processes and make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support.

This isn’t just about filling rotas.

It’s about understanding how every decision impacts our clients, our care teams and the long-term success of the business.

About The Role

We provide approximately 1000 hours of care each week, and you’ll be responsible for coordinating high-quality domiciliary care services, ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred support whilst making sure our operations remain efficient, responsive and sustainable.

Working closely with our Registered Manager, Care Manager and wider team, you’ll become the central point of coordination for clients, carers and stakeholders.

Every day will be different, from coordinating new care packages and managing changing client needs to supporting payroll, planning capacity and helping us continuously improve the way we work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
