Location: Wiltshire South Contract Type: Full-Time (Care Management) Salary: £29,000 per annum

About the Role

Bluebird Care Wiltshire South is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join their team. The role is central to delivering exceptional care by ensuring the right match between customers and care assistants—prioritising both availability and compatible personalities.

As a Care Coordinator, you will contribute to business development and maintain the highest standards of care. This isn’t just about managing rotas—it’s about fostering meaningful connections, empowering teams, and reflecting the high levels of professionalism and compassion that define our service.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage sickness absences, holidays, and cover under.rotate workload effectively ✔ Process customer referrals for support via the PASS system ✔ Update and adjust care plans as needed to meet individual customers’ needs ✔ Oversee and optimise rostering to ensure coverage while balancing team workloads ✔ Collaborate to match care assistants and customers based on skills, experience, and compatibility ✔ Address emergency rotations and on-call duties after full training (assessed for operational competence) ✔ Record and audit travel mileage for team members ✔ Maintain confidentiality regarding all customer and family information ✔ Adhere to Bluebird Care policies, consistently demonstrating the company’s values
