Bluebird Care Worcester and Wychavon are part of a group which is one of the leading providers of home and live-in care in the UK. We are well established in the Pershore, Evesham, Droitwich, Worcester, and North Cotswold areas.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator. You will need to be enthusiastic, motivated, and have a passion to be part of a team that wants to provide the best care in the area. You will need a hands-on and flexible approach, ideally, you live locally around the Evesham and Pershore area.

Role Responsibility
- Liaise with the manager to make sure there is sufficient cover to deliver all of the care and support plans on time.
- Use IT systems to allocate care workers to provide care and support to customers.
- Ensure run and working patterns are efficient and logical.
- Effectively prioritise to meet unexpected emergencies and changes in care packages.
- Responsible for carer holiday calendar, authorisation, and cover.
- To take part in the out of hours emergency on call rota.
- Carry out general office duties.

Ideal Candidate
- Ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with customers, their families, Bluebird Care staff and other health and social care professionals.
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT Skills And Previous Care & Coordinator Experience.
