Responsibilities

As a Care Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • To assist and support the registered manager in providing a high standard of care for our customers
  • Support the day-to-day running of the branch and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CQC via rostering, recording and reporting
  • Participate in the rota for our on-call rota when required
  • Be involved in interviewing, conducting supervisions and managing customer visits
  • Keep all our customer records accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure an excellent quality service is supplied at all times to our customers

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, together with excellent IT, administrative, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to follow care plans
  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
  • A willingness to deliver care when required
  • Be flexible for the needs of the business and work effectively with team members and individually
