Responsibilities
As a Care Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- To assist and support the registered manager in providing a high standard of care for our customers
- Support the day-to-day running of the branch and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CQC via rostering, recording and reporting
- Participate in the rota for our on-call rota when required
- Be involved in interviewing, conducting supervisions and managing customer visits
- Keep all our customer records accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure an excellent quality service is supplied at all times to our customers

Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Must have excellent organizational skills, together with excellent IT, administrative, literacy and numeracy skills
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
- A willingness to deliver care when required
- Be flexible for the needs of the business and work effectively with team members and individually
