Care Coordinator & Care Manager

We're expanding! We’re looking for passionate professionals to join our growing domiciliary care team.
Registered Care Manager / Care Manager
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (DOE)
About the Role: Lead our domicile care service in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations and managing a team of care professionals
- Completing care assessments, reviews, and CQC compliance reporting
- Strong engagement with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring service excellence and regulatory adherence
⚠️ Critical requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Care Manager / Care Manager (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence required
- Experience navigating CQC inspection processes (desirable)
- Previous domicile care sector expertise (must-have)

Domiciliary Care Coordinator
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (DOE)
About the Role: Act as the operations backbone by managing schedules, staffing, and care quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating care worker rosters and daily allocations
- Ensuring CQC compliance through monitoring, auditing, and spot checks
- Liaising with care recipients, families, and healthcare providers
- Supporting constructive workflows for a seamless care experience

⚠️ Critical requirements:
- Essential: Previous domiciliary care experience (Sector-specific knowledge required)
- Helpful: Prior care coordination or scheduling roles (e.g., rota management)

- Highly developed organisational and communication skills (verbal/written)
