Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or Care Coordinator looking for a role where you can develop your leadership skills while continuing to make a real difference in the community?
At GoodOaks Home Care, we're proud to deliver award-winning, relationship-led home care that puts both our clients and our team first. As our Northwood & Ruislip branch continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, hands-on Care Coordinator to help us build an outstanding service.

About the Role
This is a varied position combining care coordination and hands-on care.
Initially, you'll spend part of your week coordinating care from the office and part providing care in the community. As the branch grows, there will be increasing opportunities to take on more coordination responsibilities.

Your role will include:
- Creating and managing staff rotas to ensure excellent continuity of care.
- Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day scheduling and service delivery.
- Responding to changes, covering emergencies, and solving daily operational challenges.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, families, and the care team.
- Supporting the induction and development of new Care Professionals.
- Delivering high-quality care visits when required to ensure our clients always receive exceptional support.
About You
You'll already have experience in home care and be ready to take the next step in your career.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or Care Coordinator.
- Is highly organised and confident managing rotas and changing priorities.
- Enjoys supporting and motivating others.
- Has experience on Care systems, ideally ACP or similar.
- Has excellent communication and IT skills.
- Is flexible, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
- Has the right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer sponsorship).

What You'll Receive
- £18,000–£20,000 for 25 hours per week (£27,000–£30,000 FTE)
- Flexible working pattern (25 hours per week arranged to suit the business and your availability)
- Mileage paid at 45p a mile
